Flexible hours and managable workloads.

Cons

Turnover of managers and execs at regular yearly intervals changes objectives at that same interval. The big ship turns direction, only to turn the other direction 12 months later. Often, common sense escapes this sales organization.

Pros

Good people on my team. Most people in the component/electronic world will immediately recognize the name.

Cons

Too many to list, but overworked, underpaid and treated by management as a # and not a person. Lots of layoffs and working on vacation to keep up was common with most other employees in my division.
