Pros

Arrow is a leader in the IT distribution market and continues to expand capabilities in other related segments. I was with Arrow for two years and found the senior team to be very focus and executing on a well defined strategy. I enjoyed the time there and would recommend people explore Arrow as I found it to be a good place to work.

Cons

Acquisition strategy has led the business into some questionable markets but overall the company is very focused.
