Great team, open work environment. Dynamic work environment.

Cons

Top down driven company. All direction comes from Denver. Internally focused in the extreme. Lofty sales goals seem to be unattainable even in best of market conditions.

Lack of empowerment at the branch manager level...too much is driven from Corporate / Finance. But as a public company, it is not unusual.
