      Pros

      Good company. Market changes having an impact on corporate strategy. Consequently, the company will be forced to go through a transformation from traditional distribution revenue model. Arrow open to change but strategic decisions take too long to implement, sometimes "blindsiding" employees.

      Cons

      At the end of the day, Arrow ECS is simply a finance company. Partners may or may not have to utilize Arrow for their product acquisitions to sell to end users. Pre-sale services becoming less and less important to Partners. Appears compensation reduction strategy in effect as replacement employees are hired.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Good supervision and communication. Nice, safe and clean environment. The people are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      So far no Cons. I really cant think of any cons.

      Strange mix of good and bad

      Pros

      Great colleagues, you can find excellent professionals. If you have initiative, you have the chance to build an interesting work experience.

      Cons

      Management attitude is poor and they are close to change, even if the company deals with new technologies. Poor training to help you build up competences. Compensation plan is unsatisfying, benefits poor and Performance plan conceived to make impossible to reach 100%.
