Horrible company to work for!

You get to meet different people because the turn over rate is very, very, very, very high.

Cons

No pay raises. Cost of insurance is very high. Full time employees and temporary workers alike are treated very disrespectfully. You are told that if you don't do exactly as you are told you will get fired and you won't find another job because Arrow is the only one hiring. Workers are forced to work mandatory overtime everyday and Saturdays and are told there is no exemptions but the supervisor never stays or show up for the overtime. If an employee has an emergency they are denied permission to leave but if management has an emergency they leave no questions ask. If the employee leaves they are written up and warned that they will lose their job. This company knows the job market is bad so they take advantage of the people who work for them knowing that they will put up with almost anything to get their pay check on Friday. The company is constantly wasting money on useless things but the employees are given excuses after excuses about why they cannot get a raise. Moral is so low......

It sounds like some of the core issues in your current experience relates to supervisory staff not "practicing what they preach" so to speak, and also workers being treated disrespectfully. We never want any of our employees to feel mistreated at work, and we encourage you to escalate as you see necessary to the appropriate parties who can aid you in getting your concerns resolved.

Difficult Company to work for or to advance in

The only positive about the company was the benefits but eventually those even were a disappointment

Cons

Extreme micro management, very little chance for advancement, even less of a chance to make money in sales. Every time a sales person would achieve their goals and objectives instead of rewarding with commissions and bonuses, the management would increase the goals and objectives.
