      Pros

      My co-workers were very polite and encouraging. The office was upbeat and the managers were enjoyable to be around. They always had time to answer any questions and never under estimated my loyalty. My job duties were not complicated and I received bonuses for my performance. I worked at my own pace and required minimum supervision. We had out of office functions and were able to bring family members if we wanted to.

      Cons

      None at all. Arrow was a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Atmosphere is good and relaxed, people are professional yet polite and inviting, lots of growth opportunity, and all departments are good but some are great and doing really unique projects that motivate.

      Cons

      It is a very large company and easy to get lost in the shuffle. Onboarding is not great so be prepared to step up and make sure you are all set up when you get here.

      Overall good company but could use some updating in areas

      Pros

      Good 401k. Excellent vacation time. Great people to work with that care about their jobs.

      Cons

      Limited upward growth for employess. If you are good in your role they will only promote you in limited roles. Healthcare is just ok at best for the size of the company.

It sounds like part of the reason why you may have left was due to the lack of upward mobility. Perhaps you'll be pleased to know that we are currently mapping our our current job profiles to allow managers to have conversations with their employees about how to grow cross-functionally or upward.
