Good time off, flexible hours, work from home, good pay, nice location, company who cares about it's employees

Cons

no clear career paths, limited communication from/with upper management, managers need to be trained on being managers

Pros

Face paced, great employees, flexible work hours. Very ethical with a performance driven culture. Always seeking ways to keep distribution an integral part of the supply chain.

Cons

Very low ratio of HR employees to entire base. People are hired during business upticks but at the first sign of a slowdown people are the first to go.
