Decent Pay Nice Office Office Gym

Cons

Mandated All Hybrid Employee's switch to 3 day in office schedule despite contact being for 2 days in office. Denied additional compensation despite taking over responsibilities of former coworker. Denied Year raises due to poor company performance but still spent 250 million on stock buy backs. Got rid of free snacks once rto mandate was completed. Little Upward Mobility as company is doing layoffs to shrink costs. Lots of offshoring.

There is nothing good about working for Arrow

Cons

The absolute worst company. Turnover is strong, new leadership every 6 months. They do not care about their employees. No follow through, and they blame everyone at the bottom of the pole. HR covers their behind rather than care about their employees.
