      No thought out Talent/Development strategy

      Pros

      Big company, global, if you are willing to live in Denver then there is a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      Poor HR & Talent Management Leadership. Went through a major downsizing a couple years ago and eliminated many Talent jobs , combining others - transitioning much of the work to existing HR generalists and or remaining Talent staff with no real strategy or plan on how to execute. Never really recovered. Many programs that were flagship and/or award winning were cut. They will not be able to do anything innovative/cutting edge here until new leadership comes in. Sadly, current HR/Talent Leadership has created a culture of indifference in HR. They are not liked by their own people. HR/Talent employees have often sited their own culture as toxic.

      Pros

      Good co-worker and if you do your job you can be rewarded the highist honor of being to wear jeans on Fridays!!!!

      Cons

      Mangers in the Finance Services Group. need to learn to motivate their groups. Unfortunately they seem to want to keep the worker under presser by addong extra work to them that can't be completed in a normal time frame. When they are not doing that they are running around being dress code police. telling employees to tuck in there shirts even though tucking in your shirt is not part of the dress code.

      Really sorry to hear that your current experience is one of constant pressure and feeling overworked. It sounds like your experience in 2014 was difficult, esp. with managers. We hope that things have gotten better for you as new people enter the company, and as the years have progressed. With that being said, thank you so much for your dedication to our company - please know we appreciate that!
