Pros

I worked with CDW and NetApp and it was a great experience. the culture and the team was a combination of work hard and play hard. I was given the freedom to work on an outside project the help both Arrow and NetApp manage the channel better.

Cons

Team changes which i guess was nature of channel with people cycling in and out of various manufactures and/partners.

Management is fair and personable. Flexible working hours - two days allowed to work from home. Benefits are average.

Cons

Low pay, annual layoffs, customers walk all over management & little room for advancement. There is a bad trend of moving in vendor outsiders into executive management positions.

Promotion opportunities very limited. LONG hours. Management does not change much. No flexibility allowed in job role. Work-life balance is almost non-existent.
