You'll have a lot of tools to do your job, Arrow (USA) helps a lot Arrow(Brazil). How is a global company, all partners have a lot of respect and give trainings and tools to help ouor job. In engineer unit we had good team work. It's a very good place to work.

Cons

A lot of global partners ask for attention and many times you are just doing paperwork and not produce with visiting customers. The competiiton between engineer and sales area sometimes was destructable, but the things are changing. It's a very god place to work.
