Need better Management.

Pros

Large company with lots of opportunities. Has a large competitive line card for the Industry. Pay is decent but used to be better. Onsite cafateria. Good benefits.

Cons

Once was a good place to work but a lot of the experienced employees left or were let go. They replaced them with young people from outside the industry just because they could pay them less. Terrible mistake. Caused a rift between old and new and the new couldn't handle the workload. Bad additiudes and poor work ethics caused deteriation of the work environment.
