The company has no trouble ruining current employee's lives to maintain profitability, so the bottom line is strong, because really, who cares about people right?

Cons

After getting hurt at work, during working hours, doing my job, I have been unable to return and ARROW Electronics has denied medical, lost wages. They have ruined me. I spent 15 years in the military to cone home to being treated like garbage. Arrow absolutely does not care about their employees well being, even if they are hurt at work. Unscrupulous and unethical, they are just a mouthpiece for a greed machine

low salaries, let people go and hire new young graduates and pay them very little

Pros

Good people on my team. Most people in the component/electronic world will immediately recognize the name.

Cons

Too many to list, but overworked, underpaid and treated by management as a # and not a person. Lots of layoffs and working on vacation to keep up was common with most other employees in my division.
