Great work environment, supervisor and group to work in with some flexibility to work from home when needed with laptop in case of emergency

Cons

Working at home is so limited and you catch so much heat for it that it isn't worth it. No work/life balance in this particular part of finance.

It's great to hear what's working for our current employees, and where we have room for opportunity. Working from home is certainly a nice benefit, and something that we're pleased to offer per department. I'd suggest talking to your HR Business Partner if you feel the workload is so heavy that it's hindering your work/life arrangement. It's never our intent to have employees feel that much pressure on a regular basis! We're hiring a large amount of accounting professionals, so hopefully you'll be feeling relief soon.

Friendly staff, good challenging job, company benefits are good and they are always looking to improve both you and the business. Good prospects to advance or make lateral movements through the business.

Cons

None that I can think of, I'm very happy working there.

Pros

- benefits are unbeatable - have a formal review process so you always know how you are performing with performance related pay so you are always rewarded for good performance - competitive salary - training programs available throughout the company - clear encouragement of internal promotions

Cons

Due to the industry, a lot of acquisitions are made. This can sometimes cause clashes in culture and isn't suitable for people that struggle to adapt to change.
