Pros
good co-workers, plenty of variety duties on the IT side.
Cons
24 years at the company and was told that my group was being eliminated (outsourced to India), via a video conference call. Company demands loyalty from its employees but offers none to their employees. The company is very top-heavy with managers and directors who they will bend over backwards to retain and instead choose to get rid of those lower employees who actually do all the work. If you are IT in this company, expect your job to be outsourced overseas eventually.
