Pros

strong global company to work for. Easy to work along side senior mgmt and global selling regions. much to learn but business relationships are a key to be a strong performer and success.

Cons

Company headquarters moved from Long Island to Denver. All Long Island jobs within the next few years will be relocated.

Thank you for your feedback. While it's bittersweet to leave the NY area, we are excited about the future of our positions being in Denver. Employees whose positions were terminated were given the opportunity of a job in Colorado.

Pros

Big global business with opportunity to move into other departments and other geographical locations. Someone at the bottom can openly approach a Director or President. Can be flexible on working hours and working from home.

Cons

Some people (including some managers) are just not business minded and think it's ok to blame a lack of time for making poor decisions or say "it's not my job", for instance: shipping goods at huge loss even though a few minutes work would have saved thousands.
