The company is so large now, it's easy to get lost. Compensation plans have decreased year over year.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Arrow - it sounds like while you were here you were able to move to many different places within the company. It is true we are a large organization, global, and have many employees, however, we do view there being a benefit to getting to work and partner with so many different types of teams and with so many individuals! Compensation is something we are looking at, and is something we are considering as we seek to align ourselves even more closely with the market. Though it would appear that you are no longer with the company, please know we wish you all the best for your future career endeavors!

Supportive managers and plenty of work if you don't mind being busy.

Cons

Still a corporate culture so you have to mindful of others as in any large corporation. Highly metric driven culture.
