Get to be involved with conversations with executives from both Arrow and the lines your represent allowing you to connect and grow career

Cons

All encompassing role. Not much assistance from Marketing or sales floor to assist. Still have quoting responsibility so must be great at time management

I had a great time working for Arrow!!

Pros

They pride themselves with their systems. Some great people that support career growth. Training programs and management support with open door policy. Benefits were a plus as well.

Cons

There were some "clicks" but as long as you ignored that drama you were fine. Other than that I still would recommend this company.
