Get to work in an industry leader that serves companies that are on the cutting edge of technology. There's a lot of products/services to offer. The people in the local offices and customers make it worthwhile.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities in local branches. Upper management is detached from day to day realities of branches. Not enough staff to handle daily tasks/growth expectations. Budgets can be difficult to achieve (pay plans change every year).
