Pros

Great colleagues, you can find excellent professionals. If you have initiative, you have the chance to build an interesting work experience.

Cons

Management attitude is poor and they are close to change, even if the company deals with new technologies. Poor training to help you build up competences. Compensation plan is unsatisfying, benefits poor and Performance plan conceived to make impossible to reach 100%.

I love the size of this company and the opportunity for advancement. There is always room to grow at this company.

Cons

The AP department has a ton of work to be done, and not nearly enough time. There are some positions that are strictly 9-5, but I know a lot of people who are working overtime right now.
