Cons

Individual achievement is rarely rewarded. Work load is hit/miss, and can feel completely unimportant in the grand scheme of things

Steady work and overtime available. Good place for entry level workers to start with. Medical, Dental and 401 K plan available after a year..

Cons

Very strict attendance policy. Mandatory overtime is required during holiday season and high volume periods. No bonuses for Production Technicians or Warehouse workers.
