1. Amazing work life balance 2. Arrow has implemented the system using high end technologies. So, good learning experience. 3. Flexible working hours [Office Log in/Log out time is not fixed] 4. Variable pay in CTC is very less

Cons

1. No work from home option. Have to maintain 9 hrs on daily basis. 2. Max onsite stay period is 6 months only.

Pros

Teamwork and if you are willing to learn, there is always cross training. Benefits are "good" enough. sometimes warehouse activities

Cons

Cross training is not always that fun. HR is a joke and the management not always is NOT going to see or recognize your success or progress, but the will see if you have failed. Don't trust the phrase "We are going to open new opportunities" because the don't. If you want to be on a higher position, you either be the friend of the management or obey what they order you to do and don't try to improve, cause they normally don't listen new ideas. I could write more about it.
