Pros

Great time off benefits and great management. Nice and clean environment. Company strides to be the best and always willing to improve.

Cons

Nothing really bad to say about the company. Insurance isn't that well anymore since Obama care took effect. Insurance premiums are a lot higher. That's everywhere though.

Pros

Pays fair..Steady schedule and mostly repetitive work environment. Team Leaders are always under the gun. Unfortunately, they are picked with favoritism instead of experience.

Cons

Limited vision. Nepotism and favoritism. No true idea of how to improve production and efficiency. Looking for warm bodies that don't complain. Hire from a temp service until your are fully vetted.

Sorry to hear your experience here wasn't ideal, as it sounds like much of your issues stemmed from what appeared to you as nepotism and favoritism. We do encourage our employees to take ownership of processes or improving inefficiencies for the betterment of the whole company. We have strong partnerships with our temp services, which allow not only Arrow to vet potential employees, but also, for them to see if it is a good fit for them as well. Set schedule, work is easy, location is nice.

Cons

Client IEC thinks your work for them. Client is rude and will tell lies about you to get their way. Company treats their employees horrible. Its a hostile environment.
