Warehouse was hot, management sucked. Pay was low.

Strong solution offering Great work ethic The Management are very approachable and engaged with the business. Strong market presence. Strong financial footings.

Cons

US company so there very process driven. Such a large organisation that process sometimes gets in the way of progress. Agility is limited.
