Supportive and approachable management that fosters a positive work atmosphere. Friendly and collaborative colleagues who make teamwork enjoyable. Opportunity to contribute to building something new, which is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

The workload can be quite hectic, especially as we are building processes and systems from scratch for a new service. At times, balancing priorities can feel overwhelming due to the evolving nature of the role.

no budget for anything employee related no budget for travel to see customers "One Arrow" is a joke. Every BU is to themselves and will ignore you. The HQ office is a ghost town yet they require you in office.
