Progression isnt enough for what I require

The company recently laid off all the employees who were brought on in early 2023 to replace outgoing team members from India. I am now unexpectedly out of work. Throughout my time there, it was clear that the employees in Mexico received more comprehensive training and support. We, as U.S.-based hires, were instrumental in helping them get up to speed. Despite our contributions, promotions were consistently awarded only to the team members in Mexico, and we saw multiple rounds of advancement exclusively on their side before the U.S. team was let go entirely.
