      Learn how dysfunctional these companies are

      Cons

      Mike Long has to be the worst leader in the fortune 500. He only cares about one thing. Which is head count. He will look at headcount reports and restructure based on the amount of employees. He will not approve yearly inflation raises for years on end. He restructure companies right before Christmas. There is limited room for growth besides your whole team getting laid off. The company doesn't care about their employees in away way.

      Commiserating with coworkers. I have to enter 5 words for "Pros", that's it.

      Cons

      Layoffs, extra work piled onto reps who are already overloaded. Stock buybacks during layoffs. Horrid response to Covid.

      None really!! Pay was ok. Not there long enough for benefits to kick in.

      Cons

      Everything!! Unethical management!! There are certain laws in place for a reason. When you ask your employees to break these laws you should be held accountable, not the person who brought it up to HR!!!
