Arrow has decided to classify themselves as an "essential business" and are forcing their employees to return to the office although we have full capability to work from home. This is completely irresponsible and goes against governor Polis' orders to maximize telecommuting whereever possible. Also, the so called "temp checks" being performed before you enter the building are completely bogus and inaccurate. The way Arrow has handled this situation is extremely dissapointing especially when you see how other large companies are adapting to protect the health of their employees. Arrow should be ashamed!

Anemic mgmt and leadership Unprofessional managers Bully mentality no respect for work life balance raises were little or none no matter the rating you received Seating was horrible and hard to concentrate Bathrooms were always taken and dirty People stole food out of the refrigerator CONSTANT Layoffs, they just let most of the IT staff go and the people who are leftover will need to pick up the slack, they will burn out. OUTSOURCING everything is now being outsourced What does 5 years out even mean ?
