Pros

In case you never experienced at office work you should be employed at Arrow, so after some time you will be disillusioned for any kind corporate work, thanks for that. I worked here for 6 months, so I have understanding about it. There is absolute chaos, a lot of promises I heard directed to me and other employees and they never turned to reality, just for catching attention managers board will be lying to you and sometimes there is no clear reason for that ,when you can share some real details about work processes and possible difficulties. Probably , recently medium class managers and recruiters had a couple fancy management online-courses to keep blind their employees to have from them maximum productivity just for a short time because they probably quit the job within 2-3 months. Nobody cares about the professionals who has the point of what exactly he is obliged to do at work, they worried only about the discussing personal problems and watching funny videos and pictures vibes at work area. In case you don’t like to participate and follow this vibe your behaviour will not be understandable for Arrow policy and likely you will be out of work soon ,even if you did your work duties well, especially if you’re a foreigner and then it becomes problematic to gossip in origin language. So it’s not suitable for ambitious people who has some life values and principles. If you’re looking for a lazy job ,but with no promotion and self-development you should look at Arrow Poland job proposals on websites (there are many of them) and if you have some languages skills you’ll be hired soon. But keep in mind, you’ll never know about personal achievements you’ve made because your manager knows nothing about it and he/she cares only about their own safety at current position and extra-money. And also about the management board , you should remark as a new worker they’re looking for a person who will make their existing at the office very meaningful, without that no feelings of confidence for them, so please keep a smile even if you under presser or caught someone on a lie, you don’t have to be a human anymore , you just have to be a robot. The most scary thing that foreigners in most cases won’t get a normal job here because of stupid prejudice and stereotypes. I would never think before that American company has the hiring policy, which has problems with the foreign candidates. A potential worker can be declined from a work position because of his race or nationality. Sh@me
