Pros

Great people within the organisation, extremely welcoming, happy to help and share industry experience. Most certainly a progression plan available if voiced to a manager and the support is there for individuals to grow!

Cons

Some may see the salary offering as low for what can be a lot of responsibility and expectation however worthwhile from a career perspective most certainly in my experience
