Pros

I work in the Cloud division. Very high competence of employees, good management too. All are nice people. Good work/life balance. 3 days working from home. Interesting projects with cutting edge technologies. Good profit sharing bonus.

Cons

Raise budgets are as small as other French companies. Hiring processes could be better. Good people are chosen but the process can be unecessarily long and painful. Depends on US "mother company" which doesn’t always understand the challenges of the Cloud division.
