the people are amazing. Some of my coworkers are some of my best friends. The environment at the local level is really great. Local management is also one of my favorite parts. Couldn't ask for better management.

Cons

Upper level management makes decisions and new protocols that don't make sense for people to actually sell. It creates "check the box" initiatives and then moves on after a few months.
