      Pros

      As a distributor, Arrow is involved in a variety of projects with different vendors, services and resellers which allows for a lot of connections, networking and knowledge building. It's definitely a way into the industry without too much pressure and with a lot of support.

      Cons

      Professional growth, you can't stay too long at a distributor and expect to be able to move within the industry easily. The problem is not about the company itself but the role it plays in the chain.
