Pizza parties, shiny trinkets, pay that competes with your bills to keep you homed and fed

Cons

Micro-managed, cross trained and payed like you know the bare minimum, bullied and harassed by management, bare minimum workforce so if coworkers are off or sick, they call OT and then blame the employees for it "because you didn't come to work"(direct quote from branch GM in a building town hall)
