Pros
Arrow is huge so employee reviews will vary by department. I worked for a great department with an excellent work-life balance (most of the time).
Cons
The general sentiment is they employ tech engineers but don't value them. Many engineers said they don't pay market rates. Our department saved Arrow millions per year, but companies value new sales more than saving. They like to view themselves as a technology company but they are a distribution company making pennies per transaction moving chip commodities. Soon after I left, they moved our software overseas to cut costs and laid off the department. I enjoyed my time there based on the department I worked for.
