This company does not care about you. No matter what management says the workers are there to make them look good. After being with this company for over 10 years. The GM decides to give a big middle finger to all warehouse associates and change peoples schedules to suit what makes them look good. People who have been working 5am to 130 pm for over a decade get told hey your new schedule is 830 am to 5pm. So screw you if you pick up kids from school. There are couples that work opposite schedules at Arrow so they don't have to pay for daycare but now the entire warehouse has to all come in at the same time. So people that have worked there for years have to make a decision on which person quits. The whole reason that we started working at Arrow was because they offered so many different shifts. Now anyone that has a second job or have young kids or health issues that need to go to the doctors often are screwed. Then they have the nerve to tell everyone to not make any rash decisions about quitting because it can affect their family but yet that's exactly what they did to hundreds of employees. It's no big deal to management because they have unlimited PTO and can come and go as they please. But if you are an hourly employee you are beneath them. You will now have to forgo vacation time with family and use your PTO just to cover drs appointments amd family commitments. Management only cares about how they look. They don't care about you. Arrow location in Reno used to be a place I could brag about working at, not anymore!!! I warn people to never work for them, and tou are nothing but disposable. After all my years here it's hard to find a job that can match my pay that is the only reason I stick around. I would leave this job in a heart beat if I could find a job right now that comes close to my pay.
Sam Bingham has single handedly ruined the Reno location. Still don't see how corporate doesn't realize this. We can only hope that he gets fired eventually and maybe just maybe it can get back to the well oiled machine that Arrow once was when Barbara was still there.
