Gained experience in the tech industry on the hardware side doing sales operations, supply chain architecture, account management, project management, and program management. For the most part, I enjoy the people I work with at my level and direct management. The pay is on the higher side of the industry. Good benefits and 401K. Gym facilities in the office.

Cons

Senior leadership is disconnected from what their people do and makes decisions that harm more than help. Senior leadership does not have your back and will throw you under the bus. Senior leadership will ask you to do unethical things. I highly recommend getting their directions in writing and keeping copies of all emails. Zero work-life balance. I have worked on every vacation with the company. No professional growth offered. You will not get tuition reimbursement, payment for certifications, or developmental courses. Very little room to move upward in the company. They recently eliminated middle management. Layoffs happen often, but that is common in the tech industry.
