- Ability to work from home but it depends on client - Growing company after they got acquired - Good benefits package - OK salary
Cons
- Old management style - Not very well organized to take on big accounts - Do not take care of their most important assets: people - Make unrealistic promises to their customers - Very hard to grow with the company; and if that ever happens, salary stays the same
