Pros
The benefits are good (unlimited PTO and sick days), the work can be fully remote, and the pay is good for the current market.
Cons
The workplace is extremely toxic. You'll be hired for one job but likely be given responsibilities and work that are for a completely different job. When you cannot accomplish your work because you're trying to do something you haven't been trained for and weren't really hired for, you'll get frequent talks with management about your lack of leadership and lack of work. I have never felt more depressed and anxious than during my short time at Arrow, and I caution anyone considering a job there to really think about their pros against all the possible cons.
