Exposure to multiple line cards, which able to learn more on the technologies and understand the market outlook.

Cons

Political environment created by CERTAIN group of people. Senior managers (NOT top management) is practicing on favoritism and boot licking culture is welcomed; applied tremendous stress to less favorable subordinate and good customers account is always with FAVORABLE / SMART subordinates. Some managers clearly do not have management skills, yet still promoted due to long service in the company.
