      Great pay and benefits. Promotion opportunities. Global flavor.

      Cons

      European mindsets, hard to get along with sometimes. Getting through red tape to accomplish task can be daunting.

      Pros

      Excellent Colleagues who, within project teams, worked very well together. Engineers highly valued and training opportunities are good. Work-Life balance is good.

      Cons

      Salaries are really low and career advancement is hard work, not a place to make a splash and rise up quickly through the ranks. Company going through difficulties `growing-up' and constant changes to internal divisional structure make company-wide collaboration really tough. As a result of this, all the real decision making takes place through informal channels. You don't really have a voice unless you were there 'in-the-barn' and form part of the founder-myth surrounding the company.
