      Experience at ARM as a new graduate

      Pros

      I have been working for about 5 months at ARM and it has been a fantastic experience. The people here are incredibly talented and friendly. They make it a point to allow new graduates to experience a seamless transition from student life to life of an employee. They value the input that new graduates provide and make sure that we make full use of our potential.

      Pros

      ARM is full of creative people who understand that their different perspectives enable better solutions. There's good global collaboration and networking opportunities are plentiful. Managers really care about career growth and development. There's plenty to do - lots of ways to shine!

      Cons

      Some growing pains as ARM continues to meet success in a dynamic marketplace. M&A activity also brings its own challenges. All and all it is a really exciting time to be an employee at ARM, but it is not without hiccups. Also, in Austin we have Starbucks coffee - not a favorite, but we'll make do ;)

      Thanks for leaving a review! We encourage career growth and have been very grateful to have very low attrition rates, especially in the competitive high-tech industry. We've just recently hired on a fantastic new VP who is in charge of M&A, so the process will start to become streamlined compared to the bumps that we've experienced in the past.       Pros

      Brilliant business model really focussed on collaborating with a broad ecosystem and constant innovation. Internal collaboration and being yourself are really valued. Growing a global footprint which is really exciting. Good long term rewards and benefits. Opportunities for long term global careers.

      Cons

      Challenges of growing any organisation - having to work hard at maintaining and evolving the culture and ensuring the global footprint feels part of the core organisation.
