      Great Employer with prudent thought processes and benefits

      Pros

      Top Management is excellent with great vision. They have the willingness to do the right thing. Best of all ARM does not have "customers". At ARM every licensee of ARM technology is treated as a "Partner". This fosters Win-Win situation. Benefits are either at par or better than companies in the same field.

      Cons

      Old school thinking, does not work always. Need the all the support structures to improve Excellent Engineering Groups

The ARM Partners Meeting that is held each year is such an open and collaborative meeting of talent in the industry, which helps to really drive the next generation of mobile technology. We're actively trying to change the company culture, and shift away from the old school thinking that you mentioned.       Pros

      Small engineering employee body thus great chance to meet seasoned engineers and HRs. Every experienced enigeer here is so helpful for an intern like me.
