      Becoming a big company

      Pros

      The company has a fantastic success. ARM is at the center of the whole semi-conductor company. The working experience and environment are great with capable engineering, opportunity if you are ready to move around the world. It is a true global and worldwide company

      Cons

      The company is very demanding with their employees, especially in the processor group. As the company is growing, the culture is changing from the start-up spirit to the "big company" bureaucracy. Inevitable ?

      Flexible Working Dynamic environment Variety of work Still feel like an individual contributor even though the company is growing fast

      Cons

      Pay is not the most competitive, but that is made up in part by the flexible working offered Process is starting to get in the way of progress

      Pros

      Great opportunity to work on hi-tech enginnering projects, challenge yourself and learn new things. Be ready to step out of your comfort zone ( yes this is also positive)

      Cons

      I cant think of anything negative which only affects Arm. Maybe as ARM is a big company sometimes it is difficul to know what colleagues are working on silimilar things as you. But I guess this is a common problem in all large companies.
