While the base salary may be slightly lower, we strive to pay within the 75% band, meaning you can expect to make more than 75% of your peers in the industry in a similar role/level. Once you factor in the additional benefits (Launch Award, Annual Bonus, Health/Dental, etc.) the total compensation is quite competitive with the market. That said, I do recommend that you utilize the AFDS to document your successes, so that your line manager can see the work you are doing which can help when it comes to pay raises! -Rick C.
