We highly encourage a flexible work environment, and have run a trial with a specific team on how we can encourage more of our employees to think outside the mindset of the traditional 8-5 work day. The results were quite interesting, and are available for review on the company intranet!
In regards to salary/benefits, most people tend to look at the base salary when doing a comparison. However, once you factor in the various benefits that ARM provides (Annual Bonus, Launch Award, Partner Award, generous PTO, volunteer time off, health insurance, etc.) the total compensation is quite competitive! I do also encourage you to take advantage of the other benefits ARM provides, such as the Talent Development options all employees have access to, so that way you can further develop your skillset and advance in your career.
