Thanks for leaving a review! One of the most frequent comments I read on our reviews is that the work that our employees are doing is very meaningful and has a huge impact in shaping the world. Employees do show that they are willing to put in the extra hours needed to make ARM successful, as they are proud of the work they are doing, though there is still a fine balance needed, and hence why we offer the 4-week sabbatical after 4 years of employment. Make sure to take relax with they day off that all employees receive for the ARM 25th anniversary, as well as enjoy yourself at the ARM 25th Festival coming up on December 2nd! -Rick C. Pros

If its processor divisio- great!

Cons

If its PDG-forget any joining this co. Since this division is not the majority revenue garner, salaries paid are much lesser as compared to processor division. Do not ever join Test group or testchip team if you like work life balance. No work from home option. Management will very conveniently put blame on employees in case of any issue in product.

Thanks for leaving a review. All of our divisions have their pros and cons though salaries are not one of them. Salaries on average in the India PDG engineering group are the same as other groups though there will always be differences between the salaries of individuals at any level and in any group. A work from home option is up to your individual line manager, though most are generally flexible on this regard. I would encourage you to utilize the new AFDS system for more frequent feedback with your line manager, as improved communication may help with some of the issues you are experiencing. If you do have additional feedback, please do not hesitate to reach out to your HR Business Partner. Our goal is to make the work environment one that you are proud to come in to work for and are happy in doing. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager.

Cons

Cambridge site is currently developing so short term is a bit scattered but in the long term will be fantastic!

Thanks for leaving a review! Even though we're growing at a very rapid pace, we are committed to ensuring that our employees have enough sustained energy to get through the work day, and in turn, the projects that they work on to grow their career development. We're bursting at the seams from the growth, but that's a fortunate problem to have! Once the new building in Cambridge is completed, our employees will be less crowded and have a bit more elbow room. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager
