      To much politics in every day work

We generally do not receive a lot of feedback on too much politics within day to day operations, as majority of the people at ARM being engineers and generally focused on their work. That being said, politics in companies do happen and I'm sorry to read that it's creeped in to your daily work life.       A lot of brilliant minds in the Microprocessor world are in this company. Combine that with a relaxed work culture and competitive benefits, and this is an exciting place to work !

      The HR is sometimes slow to communicate.

      Pros

      Having the chance to work with amazing and smart people in the company that builds the IPs for the CPUs used everywhere in the world.

      Cons

      Even though the working environment is great, the low salary is very frustrating.

The employees are genuinely helpful and are always open to assist with any questions you might have! Make sure to ask a question the next time Simon hosts an AMA session on yammer. As for the salary, salaries should now pay in the 75% bracket, meaning your salary will be higher than 75% of other people with similar titles in the industry. That being said, the base salary is not the whole picture, and factoring in the bonus as well as RSUs into the total compensation package makes us quite competitive, especially when factoring in the great work-life balance! -Rick C.
