Pros

A tech firm that no longer has share holders so it can concentrate on meeting customer requirements and not quarterly statements. Diverse and fun atmosphere in the offices. Intelligent and passionate colleagues. Good salary, good benefits. Strong emphasis on life/work balance, including flexible working options.

Cons

Very specialised and technical, if coming in from another industry expect a steep learning curve.

->challenging ->can do approach ->inclusive ->can get your hands on different stuff ->sheffield site benefits from being city centre and is very close to peak district ->is on upward trajectory ->flexible working hour is well embraced

Cons

->need stable org and management to pull off ambitious plans post acquisition by soft bannk ->salary could be higher to match the likes of apple etc.
