      Awesome, buzzing, impactful working environment

      Pros

      People in the industry are astonished that Arm is ~5,000 people given the impact the company has. And despite being 5,000 people, I think we've retained the buzz and culture we had when we were a fraction of that size. Arm is jam-packed with very smart people who are exceptionally motivated to do what is right for Arm's customers and colleagues are always helpful and supportive. Benefits are great and whilst salary was falling behind peers a couple of years back, recent corrections have made it competitive. On top of base salary, other cash benefits make the total package way more than I could get anywhere else.

      Cons

      Arm is a high-challenge environment, especially around technical ideas.

Worldwide company bringing together an enthusiastic multi-cultural team of employees.

      Life (then) work balance is excellent

      Pros

      -great benefits -several community outreach activities year-round -the company really focuses on improving employees -the company focuses on maintaining a tight-knit and family-like culture first and foremost -global teams, global connections -secondment programs to work in other groups for smalls periods of time

      Cons

      -the nature of targeting different business segments may cause some silos, but the company really works hard at addressing that
